The distinctive character of our association is to bring together amateurs and professionals, from all over the world, whether they are hoteliers, restaurateurs, executive chefs or sommeliers, in the appreciation of fine cuisine.

Bailliage of Grand North Inaugural Chapitre - Chiang Mai
Inaugural Chapitre of Bailliage of Grand North will take place on the ground of Mollisol agriculture station situated 1,200 meters above sea level with heavenly like view, probably the most spectacular setting for any induction ever. Induction ceremony follows by classical concert by Art and Nature Music group.
Chapitre dinner take place at Terra Chaing Mai at the lawn of Terra by the Chefs of Grand North while entertained by second performance of Art and Nature Music group.
